This style of clamp is the only one that starts with no pressure on the nipple. The clamp becomes tighter as you slide the collar up. They are the easiest style to control and fit a wide range of nipple sizes. They also clip onto nipple piercings or on the nipple behind a piercing ring. They can be used as genital clamps too. Adjustable.
