This affordable silicone PPA (prosthetic penis attachment) can be used with or without an erection, depending on fit. Maxx is easier to use than any PPA we’ve come across, thanks to thin but firm silicone that leaves lots of room in the hollow shaft – and we absolutely love the soft and squishy liquid-silicone tip that adds 2″ of length.
Maxx can be worn over an erection for extra length and little more girth; it can worn over a soft penis with enough rigidity for penetration; it can be used by trans masc folks who’ve had bottom surgery to add girth and length to their phallus; and becasue it’s quite bendy we think Maxx has potential as a pack and play dildo, too!
